IWWG
2015 Summer Conference
Information
Please note that "closed" next to a workshop does NOT mean that workshops are full, but rather than the workshop leader prefers not to have newcomers after the first day, due to the nature of the activities.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A SEPARATE WORKSHOP FEE TO BE SELECTED ON YOUR REGISTRATION FOR IT TO BE COMPLETE. READ Registration Instructions ABOVE FOR FULL EXPLANATION.

FAQ's
When is the last day I can register for the conference?
July 15th.
Why is the workshop fee separate from the housing fee this year?
In an effort to show you exactly what you are paying for (and shorten the already lengthy list of different registration types), we separated the two fees.
How many workshops per day are there, and how long do they run?
There are 3 workshops per day, plus additional offerings. Each workshop is 1.5 hours.
When do I tell you what workshops I want to take?
You will select your workshops when you arrive at the conference. (Workshops will not be limited in number. All will be accommodated.)
Are the rooms air conditioned?
Most of the public spaces at Wisdom House are air conditioned but the bedrooms are not. All bedrooms do have celling fans. If you must have AC in your room, see answer below.
I need a private room but they are all sold out. What do I do?
If you have your own transportation and would prefer an alternate housing arrangement (private room and air conditioning), the IWWG has a limited number of rooms being held for conference participants at the nearby historic Tollgate Hill Inn. You may contact the Inn directly at 866-567-1233. Let them know you are an IWWG member attending the Summer Conference for a special rate. If you choose to stay at a location other than Wisdom House, you will be charged a daily commuter fee for workshops, lunch, dinner, and the evening program at Wisdom House (see Summer Conference Brochure above for fee breakdown).
How do I get to Wisdom House if I'm not driving? What are my transportation options to Litchfield?
From NYC: We will have a minibus waiting for you at Penn Station in New York City at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, July 24th, ready to whisk you down to Litchfield for just $45. It will whisk you back to Penn Station, leaving Litchfield at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 31st (round trip cost, $90). Plan your flight into NYC accordingly!
From other locations: We will also be arranging for a van from Hartford, and a pick-up from the train station at Waterbury, should you choose to come those routes.
Visit our Ride Share page, where you can connect with people coming from your region.
