Friday Free Write with Leslie Neustadt Poetry as Prayer
Attorney, writer and artist, Leslie Neustadt is a member of several peer writing groups and has taught writing and collage workshops in the Capital Region for independent living centers, libraries, community centers and Women Writers and Artists Matrix. In 2014, she published a collection of poetry, Bearing Fruit: A Poetic Journey. Her poetry has been published in: the Bloomsbury Anthology of Contemporary Jewish American Poetry; Veils, Halos and Shackles: International Poetry on the Abuse and Oppression of Women; Workers Write: Tales from the Courtroom, Mentor’s Bouquet, Musematrix, peer glass, A Measured Sense of Outrage, and Decolonizing Poetry, and a variety of journals. Her artwork has been on four book covers.
