ABOUT ENDICOTT & Boston's North Shore

Endicott College is a private coeducational college located in Beverly, MA offering undergraduate and graduate programs in Beverly, Boston and Gloucester.

Boston’s North Shore includes the coastal towns of Nahant,  Swampscott, Marblehead, Salem, Beverly, Beverly Farms, Danvers, Ipswich, Rowley, Newbury, Newburyport and Salisbury.  There are 4 coastal towns in an area of the North Shore called Cape Ann; they are Essex, Gloucester, Manchester-by-the-Sea, Rockport.  Boston is just minutes from Logan Airport and commuter rail lines, linked by  several major highways. The North Shore of Boston offers some of the most unique and historic homes, with period details dating back as early as the 1600’s.  Rich in history; the North Shore has a wealth of first-class museums, shops and art galleries, with many of New England’s finest restaurants and accommodations.  The heart-stopping scenery is 2nd to none with miles of preserved beaches, marshes, rivers and forests. Boston is a short 30-40 mile drive or a 50-60 minute Commuter Train Ride.

Housing for the IWWG Conference:

All rooms are singles with private bath and A/C in Marblehead Hall.  

     

The four-story, 260-bed Marblehead Hall was built in 2011 and has many amenities, including a fitness center. Marblehead Hall shares a quadrangle with Bayview and Stoneridge Halls. It includes spacious lounges, kitchenettes on every floor, study nooks, and a fitness center.

Workshops for the IWWG Conference:

All workshops will be in the Gerrish School of Business and the adjoining Judge Science Center









Dining at the IWWG Conference:

All dining will be in the Callahan Center Dining Hall.


Cancelation Policy & Deadlines

June 22: Last day to register for a package that includes campus housing. After June 22 only commuter registration is available.
Cancellation (in writing) on or before May 20: Conference registration will be refunded minus a 25% administrative fee. In lieu of a refund, you may substitute, by arrangement with The Guild, someone to attend in your place.
Cancellation between May 20 and June 22: Conference registration is nonrefundable in full. Y
ou may substitute, by arrangement with The Guild, someone to attend in your place.

Cancellation after June 22: Conference registration is nonrefundable in full. No changes may be made to the registration details.

Reconnect. Reimagine. Come can join the International Women’s Writing Guild for an exciting conference at Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts. The event marks the Guild’s 45th annual conference, with workshops ranging from three to five days and spanning fiction, nonfiction, poetry, memoir and screenwriting. 

Very limited/partial funding available for those in need. Please email michelle@iwwg.org. We're also proud to offer a Virtual Track for those who can't physically attend but want to enjoy the IWWG experience.
